Our Story

Bridging Caribbean Offshore Regulation with Intelligent Innovation

Element Global Advisory was founded amid accelerating AI adoption across Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Bermuda, BVI, and beyond.

Across premier jurisdictions including the Cayman Islands, the Bahamas, Bermuda, and the British Virgin Islands, regulated institutions are accelerating their adoption of Artificial Intelligence. Industry projections indicate that offshore financial centers are expected to deploy more than $20 billion in AI-driven systems by 2026, targeting efficiency gains exceeding 40% in areas such as KYC automation, AML monitoring, trust administration, and private wealth management.

Innovation at this scale presents opportunity
It also introduces concentrated risk

In tightly regulated offshore environments, AI adoption creates complex challenges: data sovereignty under Cayman DPA or Bermuda PIPA, cross-border flows, algorithmic bias in fiduciary decisions, and third-party vendor dependencies. These risks impact institutional resilience and critical supervisory relationships with regulators like CIMA, BMA, and the BVI FSC.

For offshore banks, fiduciaries, and international law firms, the stakes are material. Oversight expectations continue to tighten globally. Element Global Advisory was established to address this convergence of rapid AI adoption and sophisticated risk management.

We help offshore financial institutions adopt AI confidently, using internationally recognized standards (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001) tailored to the specific regulatory priorities of Cayman, Bahamas, Bermuda, and the BVI. Our advisory bridges offshore risk considerations with proven AI frameworks, ensuring technological advancement strengthens institutional resilience.

We believe responsible AI is not a constraint on growth. It is the foundation of sustainable growth in regulated financial markets."
