Our Story
Bridging Offshore Regulation with Intelligent Innovation
Element Global Advisory was founded at a defining moment for the offshore financial industry.

Across jurisdictions such as the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, and Jersey, regulated institutions are accelerating their adoption of Artificial Intelligence. Industry projections indicate that offshore financial centres are expected to deploy more than £15 billion in AI driven systems by 2026, targeting efficiency gains exceeding 40% in areas such as KYC automation, AML monitoring, trust administration, and operational risk management.
Innovation at this scale presents opportunity
It also introduces concentrated risk
In tightly regulated offshore environments, AI adoption creates challenges including data sovereignty issues, cross-border data flows, model bias in fiduciary decisions, third-party vendor dependency, and limited explainability of automated outcomes. These risks impact institutional resilience and supervisory relationships.

For offshore banks, fiduciaries, and international law firms, the stakes are material. Oversight expectations continue to tighten across global jurisdictions.

Element Global Advisory was established to address this convergence of rapid AI adoption and risk management needs.

We help offshore financial institutions adopt AI confidently, using internationally recognised standards (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001) aligned with BVI FSC priorities. Our advisory bridges offshore risk considerations with proven AI frameworks, ensuring technological advancement strengthens institutional resilience.

We believe responsible AI is not a constraint on growth. It is the foundation of sustainable growth in regulated financial markets.

At Element Global Advisory, innovation and compliance move forward together.
